[Webinar] How biotech companies can improve clinical supply planning and distribution
Solutions to mitigate clinical supply chain risk and discover how to improve dynamic drug supply forecasting strategies
Join this webinar to learn how supply forecasting and interactive response technology can help biotech companies improve supply planning and distribution while reducing cost and risk
Enrolling study subjects, setting up patient randomization and managing drug supply are critical to the success of a clinical trial. In today’s tech-savvy world, interactive response technology (IRT) combined with supply forecasting tools provide biotech companies with seamless solutions for the planning of supply production and distribution, managing drug supply, mitigating patient recruitment delays, improving cross-departmental communication, all while saving them time and money and reducing risks.
Join best-in-class experts from S-Clinica to discuss how IRT and supply forecasting grants sponsors the flexibility to utilize information consistently and accurately, while helping to reduce supply drug waste, inventory changes and study management.
In this webinar you will:
- Master how to optimize supply planning and distribution by using supply forecasting and IRT.
- Learn when to start supply planning and how to proceed.
- Discover how to investigate potential scenarios and what needs to be considered.
- Understand how to mitigate the impact of potential recruitment delays.
- Learn how to analyze the impact of study changes on supply management.
- Understand why a harmonization of supply forecasting and IRT is important to reduce costs and risks.
