Ester Guiu brings nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on innovation, strategic project management, and commercial operations. Ester joined Almirall, a leading company in medical dermatology, where she has led diverse projects across commercial, marketing, M&A, and corporate strategy domains, with a strong emphasis on launch readiness and excellence. She has successfully participated in over five pan-European launches and has been instrumental in developing Almirall’s launch readiness capabilities. Ester holds a PhD in Chemistry, she also earned an MBA in 2009 and completed executive programs at ESADE in 2020 and 2022. In addition, she is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and one of the founders of the HBA Barcelona chapter, advocating for women leadership and gender equity.
