03:00 PM - 04:00 PM BST

A significant challenge facing chemicals and materials R&D organizations is the missing digital link between the instruments that generate data and the scientists using these data to innovate.

Instrument data are at the core of experimental work and represent the bedrock of the intellectual property an R&D organization produces. Just a fraction of these data are retained, however, with even less analyzed in their totality.

The challenge is not restricted to getting the data from instruments to a data repository, but also stems from proprietary data formats that require vendor-specific software to interpret them. This is compounded by the fact that most organizations have a multitude of complex and heterogeneous lab instruments that generate data in different formats and storage locations.

In this webinar, Dotmatics will demonstrate how to solve this important challenge with a lab data automation system which automatically ingests, interprets and processes all instrument data and stores them into a centralized cloud storage.

Sign up to this webinar to gain a greater understanding of:

  • Why getting lab instrument data to researchers is a major bottleneck and how lab data automation addresses this.
  • The importance of lab data automation for data-driven R&D.
  • How lab data automation increases data quality, experiment reproducibility and knowledge management.
  • The increase in individual productivity that lab data automation creates by automating instrument data acquisition, pre- and post-processing, and reporting tasks.
