On January 11th 2016, the Comité Economique des Produits de Santé (CEPS - Economic Committee for Health Products) signed on the behalf of the French Government a new agreement, the Accord cadre, with Les entreprises du médicament (LEEM - pharmaceutical companies association) on how to set reimbursed drugs prices for the next 3 years.
