A new national price list for medical services went live on the first of January

Halmed the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices in Croatia has decided to lower prices of its individual services.

Reduced financial stress

This decision was made to alleviate some of the economic burden felt by its service users.

The prices of laboratory based drug quality check-ups have been lowered as well as the overall cost of yearly drug-related fees and pharmacovigilance fees.

The change from the regulatory body is in aid of the sustainability of the nation’s health system. Also, the reductions intend to preserve the competitiveness of the healthcare provider.

The new price list, published in the HALMED Tariff List, has reduced the license fee for the Croatian Pharmacopeia online edition.
