In preparation for the 5th Annual Global Biobanking and Biorepository Forum 2012 taking place in September, I would like to invite you to take part in a short survey. The survey consists of no more than 10 questions and will take less than 3 minutes to complete.
As a thank you, all participants who complete the survey by are automatically entered in a prize draw for a free place at the event.
