London, DEC 2, 2014 – Late stage drug attrition costs pharmaceutics as much as $1 billion per successful drug. This is a problem which requires new approaches from both industry and research and closer collaboration between the two.

The answer to this problem is being facilitated at a focused and high level meeting of pharmaceutical and biotech executives, academics and tailored vendors in London on 16th-18th February 2015 at Pharma IQ's 7th Annual Predictive Toxicology Summit.

The event agenda is available to download here.

The summit assembles a world-class speaker line-up, which includes the likes of seasoned industry experts from Novartis, Merck, GSK, The Adult Stem Cell Centre, and Covance that will give insights on the latest Stem Cells, In-Vitro, In-Vivo, In-Silico, 3D Models and Biomarkers advancements.

An exclusive eBook has also been created ahead of the summit. This eBook includes six expert interviews and provides industry case studies on reducing animal model usage, novel technologies being applied, new models developed and insights into the trends which will be driving the industry in the coming years.
