The new Cosmetics Regulation came into force  on 11thJuly 2013 to reinforce product safety; taking into consideration the latest technological developments, including the possible use of nanomaterials. This significant change from the previous directive has resulted in many cosmetics professionals still unsure whether the processes they have in place are compliant.
